Luxury rooms, stylish interior, spacious and well-equipped, great location, clean and tidy, comfortable bed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Location was perfect, close to everything. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was available in the inner court and the hotel facilities were fantastic.

Nothing bad to say.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. The shower was excellent providing hot water and great water pressure. Additionally, the location was perfect, very close to the main square and other key spots in the city.

Our Easter stay was highly disappointing. The staff was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. They didn't properly handle our reservation and gave us a hard time due to a gender issue. Parking was chaotic, with no clear indication of where to leave our car. Also, the air conditioning didn't work well, making our stay very uncomfortable.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and a nice bathroom. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

Although the room had good soundproofing, the parking situation was a bit of a mess and there were limited spots available.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with modern amenities like state of the art TV sets and bath robes. The breakfast was a good spread, with plenty of options to choose from.

The staff at the hotel could have been more welcoming and friendly. Some of them seemed disinterested in helping out, which was disappointing. Additionally, parking is not properly marked and can be a bit of a hassle at times. Finally, the air conditioning was not very effective, making it uncomfortable to sleep at times.

During our stay at Hotel Balkan Centar, we were impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. The location in the city center was perfect for exploring the area, and we appreciated the well-isolated walls that kept outside noises to a minimum. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was good and the shower provided a pleasant experience.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few minor drawbacks to note. the staff could improve their communication during check-in, as we were simply handed the keys without any information about the hotel.
